My name is Keven So, and I founded CustomAIze AI with a simple belief: customers deserve honest, unbiased advice and solutions that truly fit their needs.
My journey to founding this company began during my years as a solutions consultant, where I built strong relationships with clients across various industries. Time and again, customers would ask me, "Why don't you start your own consulting company?" They appreciated that I would never push a solution that wasn't right for them, even if it conflicted with corporate objectives. I believed then—as I do now—in selling the right solutions to the right customers.
Professional Background
I bring extensive experience creating solutions for diverse organizations, including state and local government agencies, K-12 and higher education institutions, utilities, transportation companies, and small to medium-sized businesses. My leadership experience includes managing teams of 75-100+ direct reports, giving me insight into both technical and human aspects of successful implementations.
I hold a degree in Management of Information Systems from Washington State University and maintain certifications in CompTIA A+, Security+, multiple cloud platforms, and DevOps. My hands-on experience building web applications with code ensures that I understand every aspect of the solutions we deliver.
Personal Mission
My personal story deeply influences CustomAIze AI's mission. Growing up as an underprivileged kid in the foster care system, I moved frequently and faced challenges that many take for granted. This experience ignited my dream to give back to children in similar situations.
I believe that everything we gain in this life is borrowed and returned when we pass, but our impact on others is everlasting. That's why my ultimate goal is to establish a nonprofit program where underprivileged children can find a safe space to relax while learning the important life skills needed for adult success—knowledge I wished I had access to growing up.
